Organic Gardening and Cooking
By Kathleen Howard
I have to say I love the thought of going out to the garden and getting fresh organic food. It just makes cooking and eating more of an experience. Going to the big Grocery stores can be scary!!! How old is it? Who has touched the food and where did it really come from. I advise everyone to Grow some of your own food.
Whether it a pot of fresh tomatoes, Fresh Herbs or anything you enjoy eating. Does not matter if you live in a small apartment or have a great yard. You can grow in Containers. Which I do every year. You can have raised beds, which I have. Of course I recommend using organic Seeds. This year I did not grow much, because I am looking to move to another location . Have 2 tubs of leeks, fresh strawberries, blackberries, garlic and my prize. The Red Lupins I grew and collected all the seeds from. Next spring, I plan on growing plants from them and selling at the Farmers Market or local Food Co-op.
Just thought you might want to take a look. In this Blog, want to share my Gardening experiences. Others who have gone to Organic Gardening and Farming. Recipes and Links to related Content. Here is a awesome cookbook with some great added bonuses. Called The Paleo Recipe Book.
